Diet for healthy food CLO3

                                                             Diet for healthy food
Justification:
Food knowledge alone is not enough to ensure health and fitness .Exercise is also necessary. Eating one meal a day could result in hormone reduction or vitamin reduction. Getting rid of fat is good but is not enough by itself.

Background summary:
A person’s consumption of daily calories should be around 2000 calories per day which means if somebody consumes less during a diet it will just be a waste of time and food deprivation without benefit. Five important things to be considered during healthy diet. Firstly portion control: which types of food should be eaten more and how many meals are required for the diet. Secondly counting of calories is the key to having a successful diet. Thirdly whole grain food is also important to feel full during the day and to supply the mineral needs such as iron, and fiber. Fourthly cholesterol control: when somebody has high cholesterol that leads to high level of risk which may cause heart attack, stroke or death so balanced  cholesterol means that you are safe. Finally the second type of diabetes is caused also by being overweight or not eating healthy food; it can be prevented by having a balanced diet also.

Discussion Results:

Many students say they are going on a diet but most do not do so. Many response were quick and thoughtless. From my analysis most young students don’t care about how much and what to eat. Some of them understand the need for a good diet and a healthy style but there seems to be a gap between understanding and doing. Finally , I hope my questions will change students ideas about diet and will lead to an improvement in life style.
